Overview
XSIVA ID Community is a digital-first fashion storefront built around identity as a way to discover and shop. A custom Shopify theme combines editorial campaign storytelling with XSIVA ID collections, product discovery, customer accounts and native checkout. Virtual fitting and AI stylist experiences extend the journey beyond the catalogue, while community, loyalty and creator surfaces turn the store into an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off transaction.

Responsive collection and product templates combine variants, colour swatches, predictive search, recommendations, wishlists and an AJAX cart before handing payment securely to Shopify Checkout.

An integrated virtual fitting room and AI stylist help customers explore fit and assemble a personalised edit, alongside loyalty, creator and community experiences designed to support retention and participation.
Technical approach
A bespoke Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme uses modular Liquid sections and JSON templates, making campaign, product and community content editable through Shopify's Theme Editor. Lightweight CSS and framework-free JavaScript deliver the responsive presentation and interactions, while Shopify's native catalogue, customer, search, recommendation, cart and checkout services remain authoritative. Product metafields power XSIVA ID grouping, metaobjects support community content, and provider hooks isolate fitting-room, chatbot and loyalty integrations from the core storefront.
